1. kensou isn't very studious. he does well, but won't sacrifice time out of his life to devote to subjects he doesn't like...such as english. as a result, his grades suffer from time to time.

2. kensou's guilty pleasure is the guitar. he'll play for hours at a time, practicing songs and learning chords. sometimes, when inspiration hits, he'll compose songs for people.

3. kensou wears contacts most of the time, but when his eyes are irritated, he reverts back to wearing glasses. he thinks his glasses look horrible on him.

4. kensou is very romantic. he's the kind of guy who dreams of being the knight in shining armor, the kind of guy who wants to kiss at the very last minute of the sun setting. he falls fast and hard in love for people.

5. because he has a tendency to border on the line of obsessed when in love, many girls(and guys) are freaked out by him. this usually leads to a week or more of deep, dark, depression when someone dumps him.

6. kensou is atheist. religious extremists annoy him to no end.

7. kensou transferred from rikkai dai fukozu in his second year of junior high. he has never really made a whole lot of friends since then, usually being a loner in the corner of the science lab somewhere.

8. kensou has tasted a variety of his father's notorious juices, and has been trained to stand -anything-. he insists he is now immune to any sort of poison or bad taste...aozu was bad enough, thank you.

9. the fact that he is a test tube child bothers him when other children talk about where they were born or what it was like. even though kensou has been nurtured and cared for by his parents, he sometimes wonders if he's nothing more than some sort of clone of the both of them.

10. kensou is more like his renji-san than his sadaharu-san. he thinks that sadaharu-san can be too intense at times.

11. kensou is used to writing in online journals. he thinks notebooks are old fashioned and get broken easily, or torn, or damaged. nonetheless he misses doodling in the margins.

12. kensou can be very calculating, and somewhat manipulative. he knows how to get what he wants when he wants it. knowing practically no one, though, this skill is rarely used.

13. one of these days, kensou wants to get bright orange cat eye contacts. right now, however, they're too expensive.

14. kensou is very careful. a few years ago, he was mugged on the corner of a street in Tokyo at gunpoint. because of this, he's grown somewhat paranoid, so he walks with a very bright flashlight in his pocket in order to momentarily stun any possible attackers. he is wary of anyone who doesn't look trustworthy.

15. kensou is very tall, and very lanky. he is also in very good physical condition, due to both of his parents' constant urges for him to go outside and run a bit. he is very good at tennis, but does not play on his school team, much to his fathers' dismay.

16. kensou does not believe himself to be good looking, and will often drape himself in loose fitting shirts and jeans. dressing up is not his forte...he prefers his friends or his fathers do his shopping for him.

17. kensou's favorite subject is chemistry.

18. due to his parents both becoming scientists, it is expected of him that it be the field that he goes into. he would not have a problem with this, but he still hopes somewhere inside of him that he'll be discovered tinkering with his guitar outside somewhere and be swept off to fame and fortune and somewhere outside of this stupid place with these stupid people. but that's just a dream that he knows is unlikely to become reality.

19. kensou believes that everyone is first and foremost bisexual. he can't seem to figure out how one person can prefer a gender over the other....in a sense, they're two, completely different structures that can be extremely attractive or interesting. he likes the raw toughness and eagerness to prove themselves attitude of men, and the manipulativeness and motherly instincts of women.

20. kensou still has glow-in-the-dark stars on his ceiling...he has a hard time falling asleep without them.
